If you want to know a little more about the ingredients we carefully select to ensure our Mamma Bella's breads are Non-GMO, you're in the right place. We believe in sourcing the simplest ingredients for our breads in the simplest way possible. Garlic Toast

Ascorbic Acid: Adding vitamin C actually makes the yeast work better! Guess this just turned into baker's secrets revealed!

Beta Carotene: The same exact thing that colors carrots or pumpkins, our Beta Carotene is real, never synthetic.

Calcium Sulfate: A mineral that allows yeast to rise just a little better.

Enriched Wheat Flour: Good old-fashioned flour, enriched with vitamins and minerals. We use carefully sourced wheat, milled and enriched, as the building block of our bread.

Enzymes: Enzymes occur naturally in yeast; we add a little bit extra to add some softness to the inside of the bread.

Expeller Pressed Canola Oil and Soybean Oil: Non-GMO canola or Non-GMO Soybean seeds which are pressed to get the oil out, rather than using chemical means. We use Non-GMO canola oil to line our bread pans, just as you would at home.

Garlic: Mamma Bella's LOVES garlic! That's why we use fresh, crushed garlic, not dehydrated or powdered garlic. Look close - you can see it on the bread!

Malted Barley Flour: Another kind of flour, this one from Barley instead of wheat. Nothing beats the fine texture of a wheat-barley combination. Try it in the breads you bake at home!

Natural Butter Flavor: For that little sock of extra yummy taste!

Palm Oil: Our Palm Oil is RSPO Mass-Balance, meaning that it supports the production of sustainable palm oil.

Safflower Oil: We use Safflower Oil mixed with Palm oil to make a garlic oil with a taste you'll love. Sometimes we use Non-GMO Canola oil instead of Safflower oil, if that's what we can get our hands on.

Salt: We use salt to bring out the flavors of the garlic.

Spices: Our secret spice blend takes our garlic bread's flavor to the next level!

Water: Filtered Water.

Wheat Gluten: If you wash off flour with water, what you're left with when it dries is wheat gluten. Another baker’s secret! Add a little wheat gluten to your homemade breads to dramatically improve the texture.

Yeast: Makes the bread rise; otherwise we’d have a garlic cracker!
